It has a golden yellow color, bright with very fine and delicate bubbles. nose intense aromas of brioche and bread crust that alternate with flavors of citrus and dried fruit. In the mouth the structure is full, round, balanced between freshness, body, flavor and depth of flavor that accompanies us towards the very long finish. Only 10,000 bottles produceded.

The "BD'3C Brut Nature champagne by Bourgeois-Diaz is obtained from a cuveè composed of the 3 classic champagne vines; Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, hence the name of the Cuveè 3C champagne. The base wine is aged for about 40% in wood. Second fermentation of at least 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
