Ze Bulle by Beret & Compagnie is a rosé wine, slightly sweetish and petillant, obtained from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Champagne Brut Reserve of Bérêche et Fils is a wine of great character, vibrant, of great complexity. It is a cuvée made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from old vineyards located both in the Vallèe de la Marne and in the Montagne de Reims. Chuck by La Sorga is a fruity and spicy rosé sparkling wine, while on the palate it is fresh, mineral and slightly tannic. It is produced from a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah which macerate together on the skins for about 50 days. It is bottled with the addition of fresh must and in the spring fermentation resumes with the production of bubbles. Guillaume Overnoy's Cremant comes from chardonnay grapes. Aging in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color. The "BD'3C Brut Nature champagne by Bourgeois-Diaz is obtained from a cuveè composed of the 3 classic champagne vines; Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, hence the name of the Cuveè 3C champagne. The base wine is aged for about 40% in wood. Second fermentation of at least 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is citrusy of Amalfi lemon with notes of bread crust. On the palate its its characteristic is its fineness and elegance.
