Fermented in the bottle, disgorged "la volèe" after 24 months on its lees, zero dosage. Bouquet of nuts (bitter almond, hazelnuts), citric hints of yellow citrus fruits, flint. On the palate it is tense and fine, crunchy and intense, with a pleasant freshness and salinity.
