SPARKLING WINES

Festejar is a delicious pet nat obtained through the method of fermentation in the bottle with grapes of two particular types of Gamay; the Gamay d'Auvergne and the Gamay de Beaujolais. It has a brilliant ruby ​​red color with a nose that smells of blueberry, red raspberry, mint and a hint of spice. On the palate it is fresh, with a slight residual sugar that immediately feasts.

Alcohol content: 11%.

"La Petite Gaulle du Matin" is a petillant naturel produced with a blend of  Chenin and Chardonany. Fresh and simple, it is straw-yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose recognizes fruity, peach and floral aromas with light weeds. The sip is smooth and fresh, with a slightly savory finish.
