As de les Annèes Folles Ancestrale is an ancestral sparkling wine made from Pineau D'Aunis and Chenin Blanc grapes. Fermented in the bottle, disgorged "la volèe" after 24 months on its lees, zero dosage. Bouquet of nuts (bitter almond, hazelnuts), citric hints of yellow citrus fruits, flint. On the palate it is tense and fine, crunchy and intense, with a pleasant freshness and salinity.

Obtained from Mauzac grapes with the saignée method after a 35-day maceration in steel. No clarification, filtration or addition of sulfur dioxide.
