On the nose aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow paste fruit. On the palate the entrance is decided with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 2 days. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by residual sugars. A fresh and aromatic, convivial wine that creates addiction.
