Shun Minova's Jai Guru Deva is a wine that impresses with its aromatic note and light tannic texture. Obtained from a blend of white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for one month and aging partly in old acacia barrels and partly in steel. Bacio di Lara is a wine obtained from a blend of strictly organic white grapes (used in the vineyard only for copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards located at sea level. Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years. Vinification takes place in Caucasian amphorae with a long maceration on the skins. The wine, after being pressed and drawn off, rests for 5 months again in the amphora, and then ages for 6 years in large oak barrels.

The nose is explosive, with aromas of tropical fruit, candied citrus fruits, floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is warm, fresh, with splendid sapidity and an elegant and very long finish.

V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

The Dinavolino by Denavolo is a macerated white wine that presents tannin, flavor and acidity. it has a golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins.
