“C19 M” by Criante is a white wine macerated for 5 days on the skins based on Catarratto. An intense and deep wine, with notes of citrus peel and ripe fruit, intertwined on a rich and warm structure, of lashing freshness.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 10/12° in large glasses.

Winery: Criante - Azienda Agricola Bioviola

Criante is a family-run business located in Alcamo, in western Sicily. It is not only a winery led by Irene and Davide, but we also find the uncles Nino and Davide who work in the countryside and his brother Enrico who, together with his cousin Anna, manage the shop of organic products. The company covers 25 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens and various arable land of ancient Sicilian grains. The vineyards, certified organic, of Catarratto, Grillo and Perricone are located on clayey soils and are caressed by the sea breeze. In the cellar, all fermentations are spontaneous and the wine does not undergo any alteration. Wines that are the expression of a vine and its territory, so much so that the Contrada of origin of the wine is always shown on the label. Criante is a new project in the world of authentic terroir wines, an ongoing project with a beating heart and a magical land behind it.
