A truly fascinating story that of Manuel Requena Molina, a young Spanish winemaker who grew up, as a child, in the shade of the family's vineyards. Years of studies and above all of experiences in search of what Manuel defines a real obsession: natural wine. Thus was born Indar, the creation of the winemaker tren tenne and his family: parents Aurora and Jose Maria, brother Octavio, fundamental collaborators without whom this beautiful project would not have been realized. The proprietary vineyards, about 8 hectares, all with organic certification for 20 years, are located near the town of Ciudad Real, in the center of La Mancha. "Our oldest vineyard - explains Manuel - is an Airen that my great-great-grandfathers planted in 1935. My goal is to save old vineyards and plant native varieties resistant to drought and with high acidity". The grapes grown range from Airen, Cencibel, Macabeau, Parellada for a total production that does not exceed 8000 bottles.
