The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

The Vitoska of Skerlj is a white wine macerated on the skins, fine and mineral obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vines lying on the karst rocks kissed by the sea breeze. The color is antique gold. The nose aromas are intense and complex, with a fragrant fruity aroma of ripe fruit, in which incenses of incense and minerals are mixed. Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years. Vinification takes place in Caucasian amphorae with a long maceration on the skins. The wine, after being pressed and drawn off, rests for 5 months again in the amphora, and then ages for 6 years in large oak barrels.
