Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

A unique interpretation of Bardolino Chiaretto that combines flavor, minerality, complexity and drinkability in an old-time rosé. The first Bardolino rosé to be fermented and aged in wood, Chiar’Otto changed the paradigms of pink wine in Bardolino. The grapes come from six 1966 Veronese pergola parcels that are gathered in a single body on the side of a hill just above the town of Bardolino. The name Chiar'Otto derives from the name "Chiara" which with Daniele is the body and soul of Villa Calicantus and "Otto" the day of the month of June in which Anna, daughter of Chiara and Daniele was born.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG "Frizzante ... naturally" from Case Coste Piane is a Prosecco which is produced with the technique of refermentation in the bottle, the oldest and most natural method to obtain sparkling wines. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes.
