“Ciaüla” by Domaine De l'Agramante is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise, which come from the vineyards located on the sandy soils in Sabran. 12 days of maceration on the skins, 8 months of aging in steel, assembly of the parcels before bottling. The nose shows spicy and floral notes, pleasant red cherry fruits. At the sip it has a good explosion of fruit, with a nice freshness and body.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.
