Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla.
