Silice Rouge from Maison Des Ardoisieres is an elegant and territorial red from Savoy, made from Gamay and Mondeuse. On the nose, it expresses fragrant notes of strawberry, currant, blueberry, and black pepper. The palate is fresh, silky, and dynamic, making it very drinkable.
