Talpa by Luigi Fersini is a red wine crafted with respect for the land and the grapes. Vinified with a long maceration on the skins, it ages in stainless steel for approximately 12 months before bottling. Vinified in 15 hl oak vats, with a long maceration on the skins, it ages in steel for about 18 months before bottling. Notes of ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbs stand out on the nose, together with salty and chocolate notes with a slightly ethereal and rightly tannic finish. On the palate it is elegant, supported by smooth tannins and a vibrant acid-mineral vein. Endless finish in perfect correspondence with the sense of smell.

Natalì di Natalino Del Prete is a warm and velvety red wine, which comes from grapes of primitivo vinified in purity, which come from vineyards of about 20 years cultivated with Apulian sapling. It is a wine that pays homage in its name to the one who created it, that is Natalino del Prete. Vinification and aging in steel does not undergo neither clarification nor filtration and above all it is not added sulphites.

Anne is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The grapes come from vines raised Apulian sapling of about 70 years. Pure as blood, straight and enveloping, soft and intense, like it should be, and faithful to the land it comes from. Ripe fruit on the nose, alcoholic certainly, but without this impairing the balance and structure of this "Lady" as the name suggests.

Unodinoi is an enveloping and drinkable red wine that comes from Primitivo grapes. It ages for 18 months on fine lees with continuous batonnage and decanting. The nose releases aromas of red fruit, with menthol notes and herbaceous hints of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is soft and full-bodied, with beautiful freshness, with a delicate tannin, and with a finish reminiscent of small red fruits and licorice.
