Regnie di Guy Breton is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes that come from vineyards planted by Guy Breton's grandfather. Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints.
