Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.
