Alveda is Baccagnano’s most structured Albana; it is produced via spontaneous fermentation and aged for nine months in barriques, followed by eighteen months of bottle aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant, and persistent, with perfectly integrated oak. A white wine of great character, capable of combining depth and balance with the presence of a fine red.

In the Romagna dialect, *Pirona* means "spinning top"—a reference to the shape of Georgian *qvevri*, the terracotta vessels in which this wine ferments on the skins for 31 days. During maceration, the cap remains intact and unbroken, allowing the wine to follow its own natural course. After racking, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks until late spring. In the glass, it displays a golden yellow hue with amber highlights. The nose offers notes of dried apricot, honey, aromatic herbs, and orange zest. On the palate, it is full-bodied, textured, and balanced, featuring pleasant acidity, delicate tannins, and a long, savory finish.

Paglia is the orange wine from Azienda Agricola Baccagnano, produced from Albana grapes via extended skin maceration. Fermentation begins like that of a red wine, followed by aging in concrete tanks on the fine lees throughout the winter. In the spring, the wine is racked, bottled, and left to rest before release. Sporting an amber hue with coppery highlights, Paglia offers aromas of dried fruit, orange zest, chamomile, and tea. On the palate, it is full-bodied, textural, and tannic, with a pleasantly bitter finish. It is an authentic wine with a strong personality, crafted for those who appreciate intense, unconventional flavors.

Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. Bifaro Bianco is a wine macerated on the skins, of great expressiveness and taste-olfactory richness. Obtained from Mantonico and Malvasia grapes, coming from a vineyard at 400 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins for 1 day, to then finish its refinement in steel. The nose offers notes of bergamot, Mediterranean herbs and wild flowers. On the palate it is agile, direct and highly drinkable.

Ageno is an intense macerated white wine with an eighty personality from a blend of local white grapes. It is an amber colored wine due to the long maceration on the skins. The Don Chisciotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. A characteristic of Don Quixote is the 10-15 days maceration on the skins. Aging of 12 months in steel and 8 months in bottle. Le Marne's Gavi Oro is a wine produced with Cortese grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a calcareous clay soil positioned 350 meters above sea level. The refinement on the fine lees for a long time takes place first in cement and then in the bottle. The slight over-ripening in the plant combined with the prolonged permanence on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising aging potential. Golden yellow in color with elegant aromas of yellow fleshed fruit, aromatic herbs and strong minerality. In the mouth a wine of structure and good balance with a nice acid texture. Closes long.

Ramì is an elegant Sicilian white wine made from Grecanico and Inzolia grapes grown biodynamically on red soil. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete, it perfectly expresses the terroir's character. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes.
