It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.

"Funky" evokes the winery's experimental approach to the winemaking of this ancient Lazio grape variety.
