Cave Monaja's Prêt à boire blanc is a wine that well represents the character of Aosta Valley wines. The floral and fruity notes on the nose make it particularly inviting, and its dryness makes it versatile for gastronomic pairings. Its freshness and aroma also make it perfect to be enjoyed alone, perhaps in a convivial context. Product obtained from a blend white grape varieties. The grapes come from vineyards with an average age of 40/50 years located on predominantly morainic, loose, sandy soils with slopes of up to 40%. Manually harvested in boxes in the month of September, and in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and left to ferment in contact with the skins for 24/36 hours, then continuing the fermentation and refinement in Amphora, whose porosity has been deliberately reduced for a progressive and more delicate micro-oxygenation process; aging for 4-5 months in contact with the fine lees.
