Family-owned business engaged in olive farm for four generations with its production of high quality extra virgin olive oils obtained from monocultivar in the municipality of Pianella. Results authoritative thickness Marina Palusci and family have decided to implement, with the same seriousness and passion, even in the natural wine production, with first marketing carried out only in 2009 and immediately received positive responses from industry critics. Seven hectares of vineyards, of which today we transform only three - implanted in Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina and pink Moscato - distributed into four parcels, with relative production of as many labels "monovigna": the intention to return the wine specificities each plot. The soils consist mainly of clay in the vineyard and is used only copper and sulfur. Same mentality in the cellar with wine-making through spontaneous fermentation and the exclusion of any additive, including sulfur dioxide.
