Ezio Cerrutti manages a small farm which extends over 7 hectares on the border between the Langhe and Monferrato, which is the most suitable area for the cultivation of white Moscato. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 meters with rather significant slopes. The soil is clayey-limestone with a high percentage of active limestone. The density is 5,000 plants / ha. The vineyards are grassed and are treated only with copper and sulfur avoiding any intervention with systemic products. In some particular years, when the weather permits, Ezio produces a few hundred bottles of Sol Botrytis, a selection of grapes attacked by noble rot.
