Azienda Agricola Fiorin Silvia
The Fiorin Farm is located in Pieve di Soligo, in the heart of Prosecco production. The company was born from the passion of the grandparents of Silvia, the current owner, Alfonso and then grandfather Francesco, irreplaceable masters of life and curious observers who began to cultivate the kiwis well forty-eight years ago. Today Silvia cultivates 14 hectares of biodynamics, dedicating them to vineyards, part to rotary forage and partly to the production of Kiwis. The vineyards cover about five hectares on medium-mixture soils with guyot system and enjoy excellent ventilation being ventilated by the breeze blowing from San Boldo. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully chosen, and the result is the "Naolta", the only wine produced, a sparkling wine that wants to be a tribute to the tradition of refermenting the wine in the bottle after Easter following the moons. The Fiorin family strongly believes in authenticity, bioethics, biodiversity and the not very modern concept of a farm not destined for monoculture, but conceived as an overall vision, where animals, people and fruits create a new balance every day.
