"Attention Chenin Méchant" - Clos Des Treilles

"Attention Chenin Méchant" by Clos Des Treilles comes from pure Chenin Blanc grapes that come from silex and fossil soils. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must passes directly into second and third passage barriques, where it carries out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. It then ages for three months in steel before being bottled. It has a straw yellow color tending to golden. The nose shows strong mineral notes accompanied by fruity notes. Clos De Treilles is located on the rolling hills of Anjo, in the Loire Valley.
