Winery: La Ricolla
The La Ricolla farm is located in Tolceto, in the Municipality of Ne in the province of Genoa. It is led by Daniele Parma who we can define as a son of art. His father Giovanni Battista started the distillery in 1963 and Daniele immediately fell under the charm of the land and the world of wine. Production began in 2004, thanks to the vinification of grapes from particularly suitable historical areas. wines with as few "artifices" as possible can also be found in the cellar, inside which we find a series of steel vats, a bottling / labeling machine and no wooden barrel as the expert winemaker prefers to keep the floral aromas that the grapes give the wine. Daniele has converted the company to organic, using only the permitted copper and sulfur and maintains an enological awareness in the cellar that allows him to produce real and living wines, using only steel to maintain the fragrance and specificity of the aromas.
