Baby Bandito Stay Brave by Testalonga is a white wine based on Chenin blanc. Baby Bandito is a project that started in 2015, with the aim of producing wines that could be drunk young but that maintain a high quality. The grapes come from the dry soils of Swartland and are harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 20 days and aging in steel. A slight clarifying filtration was done before bottling the wine.
