Service
We recommend to taste it at a temperature of 8/10 ° in baloon flute. The Cremant du Jura has to be drunk immediately but that expresses the best of themselves in a few years and it is advisable to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool cellar, damp and dark.
Pairing
Cremant du Jura is perfect as an aperitif or throughout a meal, fish second try with lasagna with shrimp.

A completely natural story... yes, because from the first moment you meet Valerie and Fabrice, you're left with a sense of peace and tranquility, a sign of people who seem to have found a balance between themselves and the environment they live in. They make no secret of the fact that since they were children, they often rode their bikes in the woods to observe nature, thanks in part to their beekeeping parents. This curiosity has accompanied them throughout their lives, through experiences in Africa and then in the Loire. Until 2008, when they decided to take over a company in the Jura region of Gevingey and immediately begin a conversion to biodynamic viticulture. The vineyard surrounds the winery, growing primarily Chardonnay and a small amount of Savagnin. Their cremant, a true gem nestled in the Jurassic marl, is the result of an early harvest of the entire vineyard, harvesting grapes from both young vines, commonly used for cremant, and older vines that lend substance and depth to a wine that, in our opinion, is among the region's finest. Over the years, they have replanted some areas of the vineyard, integrating fruit trees to increase biodiversity in the vineyard. Furthermore, in 2021, Valerie was elected as the representative of the Jura winemakers, a non-native of Belgian origin who is fighting for the rights of Jura winemakers. Wonderful! This is how we seem to find this ambivalence in her character, and the strength that shines through in her vibrant wines. She is madly in love with Italy and soccer....
