Zenza by Caccianemici is a sparkling rosé wine obtained from a blend of Barbera and Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle with the addition of its must. A fragrant wine, with an innate drinkability that can be served by shaking the bottle, thus bringing the yeasts back into suspension, or delicately, to appreciate its fruity character.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 6/8 ° in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately.

Pairing

Great with hors d'oeuvres, first vegetable dishes, fish dishes, to try with fried pumpkin flowers.
