Five hectares of vineyards, mostly with native grapes, located on the splendid Bolognese hills, a constant work led by courage, awareness and soul with the only goal creation of unique wines respecting biodiversity and natural philosophy: all this is caccianemici. Three friends, each with their own path, met for realize their dream: to build a project in symbiosis with the Earth. The thinking that guides them is based on a few, but fundamental ones practical principles: observe nature, understand its mechanisms and finally transform the precious raw material offered by the earth into the most respectful and least invasive way possible. The wines, natural and biodynamic, they are the story of this cycle that is renewed and that celebrates conviviality in its most authentic form.
