Ursa di Caccianemici is a sparkling wine made from 1005 Chardonnay grapes. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle with the addition of its must. Thanks to the intriguing scents and surprising freshness in taste it is perfect for a hot summer day.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 6/8 ° in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately.

Pairing

Great with hors d'oeuvres, first vegetable dishes, fish dishes, to try with fried pumpkin flowers.
