Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs Reserva de Familia - Clos lentiscus

The Reserva de Familia by Clos lentiscus is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine made from Sumoll grapes that ages on the lees for over 24 months. The grapes come from vines planted in 2004 in the mountains of the Garraf Natural Park, which are located at about 225 meters above sea level and are located on soils characterized by predominantly calcareous soils, rich in organic substances and marine fossils. Manual harvest and selected during the month of October. In the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks and subsequently refined in oak barrels. The base wine thus produced is added to the liquor de tirage for the second fermentation and consequent refermentation in the bottle of the wine on its own yeasts for a period of at least 24 months. At the end of this period, disgorgement takes place. No sugar is added. It best expresses the variety and beauty of Catalonia's terroir. Cellar: Clos Lentiscus

Clos lentiscus is located in the Garraf Natural Park, just a few kilometers from Barcelona, ​​immersed in a beautiful landscape of Mediterranean forests. Among the top products of the company is certainly the Cava Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, sparkling wine obtained from Malvasia grapes of Sitges.
