From this vineyard today a Lambrusco is produced by performing fermentation in open vats, and letting the wine rest in oak barrels. this wine of the I Dolomitici is dedicated to the memory of the farmer Narciso, and above all it is dedicated to the peasant wisdom who knew how to listen to the land.
