Service
We taste it at a temperature around 6/8 ° C. Wine to drink immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, first courses with fish and vegetables, to try with octopus with sauce.
Cellar: Ombretta Agricola - Az. Agr Alex Della Vecchia
The Ombretta Agricola company, located at the mouth of the Piave river, was founded in 2016 with the aim of developing the tradition linked to the territories and the agricultural culture of Treviso. The winery is led by the young winemaker Alex della Vecchia, who was able to work with Ernesto Cattel founder and soul of Costadilà. Organic farming techniques are also followed here, with purely manual interventions of a viticulture respectful of the territory and the environment, and it is worked in the cellar according to tradition, with the only help of the indigenous yeasts of its own grapes, without additions of sulphites, filtrations or clarifications. The wines that Alex produces are: the refermented Ombretta Bianco Mosso and a wine white macerated on the skins for one month. It also produces Pedecastello, a Pet Nat obtained from old vineyards
