Neromaestri - Quarticello
Made from a blend of Lambrusco Mestri and Lambrusco Grasparossa whose grapes come from Quarticello vineyards on sandy-sandy soils. The fermentation is spontaneous with maceration of the skins for 6-8 days. During vinification, a portion of the must is frozen and reused at the end of winter for the foaming of the bases which have been produced in the meantime. Basic wine grape, added must and natural fermentation in bottles. Neromaestri has an intense red color with fine and delicate foam. The nose is expressed with red fruit scents, secondary aromas of intense and complex fermentation. The palate is enveloping, dry and dry, with a beautiful freshness. No sugar residue for a Lambrusco that respects tradition.

Cellar: Quarticello
Farm The Quarticello Farm is located on the beautiful hills of Montecchio Emilia. The date of birth is 2001 when Roberto Maestri buys a small vineyard in "Quarticello", which is named after the cellar. Roberto, with little experience in the field of wine, puts us passion, love but above all he enrolls in the degree in viticulture and oenology. Graduation begins her experiences in the cellar, until she bottles her first wine in 2006. Since then Roberto has done a lot of things in the street, but has always followed his principles for respect for nature. Today, the quarticello farm's surface area is 5 hectares on low-gravel, medium grain soils, where we find native vines such as Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Malvasia of Candia and Spergola. The screws cultivated with guyot are cultivated with biological principles, without the use of chemicals, with the protection from diseases with the only copper and zinc, the fertilization with natural organics. In the cellar Roberto tries to intervene as little as possible so that the wines can express their characteristics. Quarticello wines are produced in the sparkling type of Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile and Spergola grapes, as well as red grapes destined for the aging of Malbo Gentile grapes and Malvasia grapes
