Langhe Nebbiolo - Ferdinando Principiano
Principiano's Nebbiolo is a juicy red wine with a great drink obtained from the homonymous grapes. The grapes come from the Le Coste vineyard, whose age is around 40 years, to which is added a small percentage of grapes from the Boscareto vineyard of Serralunga. The grapes harvested at the right maturation, are pressed with the feet and subsequently fermented spontaneously with the use of indigenous yeasts. After about 14/21 days the wine thus obtained is aged for 10 months in steel tanks and then in the bottle. Principiano's Nebbiolo has a ruby red color. The nose offers vinous and fruity notes, in which even more woody touches are inserted. In the mouth it is medium bodied, fresh, elegant with a balanced finish.
Service
It serves at 16/18 ° temperature in tulip glasses. Daily wine but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

The cellar of Ferdinand Principiano is located in Monteforte d'Alba in the heart of the Langhe.
