The "Tragolargo" Tinto is a red wine with a Mediterranean stamp based on Monastrell, a vine typical of the Alicante area, and also known in France under the name of Mouvèdre. The grapes come from the Villena vineyard cultivated in a biodynamic way on sandy only, where we find vines cultivated with small trees on steep slopes at about 700 meters above sea level. indigenous yeasts in steel vats with maceration on the skins for a week. It refines some months in steel tanks. Before being bottled it is not filtered or clarified. Tragolargo has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are fruity with clear Mediterranean and spicy notes. On the palate it is rustic, fresh, with a nice drink.

Rafa Bernabé is located in Villena, in the Spanish province of Alicante. Here the vines, all of Monastrell, are developed at 700 m.s.l.m. about 50-100 km from the coast. Rafa Bernabé is also known for having first used the famous amphora of Villarobledo of the Padilla artisan. Rafa Bernabé in the vineyard does not use chemicals, and in the cellar tries to intervene as little as possible. Its wines are vinified without almost touching them and in the most natural way possible, whole bunch fermentations without sulfur and with native yeasts; they are not clarified or filtered.
