Excellent with hors d'oeuvres, savory first courses, meat dishes, to try with the classic myrtle pig.
Cellar: I Garagisti di Sorgono
The Garagisti di Sorgono, is a young reality that is located in Sorgono, a beautiful village that stands in the center of Sardinia, 700 meters above sea level, on the western slope of Gennargentu, surrounded by forests of conifers, holm oaks, oaks, chestnut trees, hazelnuts and maquis, so beautiful, that the writer Lawrence dedicated a chapter of the work 'Sea and Sardinia'. The company is the dream of four friends, Simone, Pietro, Renzo and Andrea, who are passionate about viticulture and wine , they decide to try to vinify their grapes together and put them in the bottle. Their vineyards, naturally raised, are ancient and are located on grounds of granite at 520 meters above sea level. The varieties that grow are the Cannonau, the Muristeddu (Bovale Sardo), the Monica and some vines present in small quantities.
