Zerodibabo Rosso - Marco Merli

The Zerodibabo Rosso by Marco Merli is a natural red wine made from local red grapes that come from vineyards planted in the locality of Casa del Diavolo not far from Perugia. The harvest is manaule and vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts. Continue aging in steel tanks for a few months. Zerodibabo Rosso is bright ruby ​​red. On the nose you can recognize notes of blueberry, tamarind and spicy and balsamic hints. On the palate it is fresh and juicy with an overwhelming drink. 

Service

We taste the Red Zerodibabo at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. Wine to drink immediately, but if left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Pairing

The Red Zerodibabo goes perfectly with first courses with important sauces, main courses of meat, to try with a grilled fillet.

The company is located in Casa del Diavolo, immersed in the Umbrian hills, and is managed by Marco Merli with the help of his father. A few hectares managed in a natural way where the fruit must be as healthy as possible through fertilizations made with animal manure, eruption, eruption, treatments only with copper and sulfur and the establishment of a coexistence between weeds and vines. The vinification takes place only in the cellar where the spontaneous fermentations are preferred with the only indigenous yeasts and refinements between cement tanks, large casks and steel. The cultivated vines are Trebbiano, Grechetto, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon that compose the 13 labels that Marco produces. Wines not only tasty but also full of details and emotions, multifaceted and very good.
