Montepulciano Plenus by Marina Palusci is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from vineyards with an average age of 30 years. Aging on fine lees for 10 months and subsequent 18 months in bottle. The nose has floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant with moderate tannins.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Plenus - Marina Palusci
Produced with Montepulciano grapes from old vines of 21 years. The harvest is manual and selected. The fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts and takes place in stainless steel tanks. The subsequent aging in the same tanks on its lees for 10 months. Before putting on the market break the bottle for 18 months. No filtration, clarification or stabilization and no added sulfites. Bottled with screw cap. Plenus Montepulciano is an intense ruby red with a floral and fruity nose. On the palate, fresh and pleasant with moderate tannin.
Service
We taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glass. The Plenus has to be drunk immediately.

Family-owned business engaged in olive farm for four generations with its production of high quality extra virgin olive oils obtained from monocultivar in the municipality of Pianella.
