Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin.
