Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DCOG ExtraBrut by Silvano Follador is a wine obtained from Glera grapes and small quantities of Verdiso, Perera, Bianchetta. After the careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented slowly and then aged on the fine lees for 6 months. In spring the second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method at the end of which the yeasts are eliminated by slow filtration.
