Supersonique by Thomas Rouanet is a deep and intense red wine produced in the Languedoc region. It is a blend of Carignan, Aramon, and Cinsault, produced from vineyards of at least 70 years, the fermentation takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Part of the maceration is carried out with whole bunches while the refinement takes place in oak barrels and lasts about 10 months. Anne is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The grapes come from vines raised Apulian sapling of about 70 years. La Cuvée du Chat "is a Gamay-based red wine made in collaboration between Marie Lapierre and Jean-Claude Chanudet. It is ruby red in color. Barbera d’Alba D.O.C. Superiore by Segni di Langa is a wine of great structure and intensity.
