Alea Viva is a red wine made from pure red grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m above sea level. 18 months aging in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Alea Viva has a ruby hue with a nail that turns towards the garnet. Delicate on the nose with floral notes of pink and violet and fruity sensations of dark tones, which evoke berries and plum. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm with fruity returns and a broad gustatory development and a long finish on ferrous notes

Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Aging 6 months in terracotta amphorae and 2 months in bottle. The nose perceives fruit aromas, in particular apricot, spicy hints and notes of incense. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long mentholated finish.

All Anna's wines from the Qvevri line have been vinified and aged in Georgian terracotta amphorae produced by one of the last remaining artisans of the sector: Zaaliko Bodjadze. The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. "Nino" is a wine obtained from pure red grapes which is aged in first and second passage French oak barriques for 16 months. On the nose elegant aromas of red fruit and flowers, with spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with well-blended tannins, and nice freshness. Persistent finish on fruity notes.

TThe Pinot Noir of Podere Aia Vecchia is an elegant and gentle wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes, which come from a single plot of half a hectare in the heart of the woods above Massa Marittima.
