Antoine Arena's Patrimonio Morta Maio is a rich, mineral and fruity red wine made from 100% nielluccio grapes. The grapes come from the vineyard named Morta Maio which arose on limestone-clayey and schist soil, planted in 2001 and has a very low yield of about 35hl / ha. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in cement, with long macerations of 6 weeks and aging in steel for about 2 years.

Rully Rouge La Chaume by Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is a delicious and exuberant version of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the small 40-year-old vineyard of lieu-dit, which is located on clayey-limestone soils with white-brown clays in the municipality by Rully in Côte Chalonnaise. Aging of 17-18 months in cask and then in the tank.

The Volnay AOC by Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is a red wine made with a maceration of about two weeks with pumping over and punching down, refined by over a year and a half of élevage, mainly in wood. The result is a Volnay of structure and authentic expressive stature, with rigorous tones, suited to aging. It is a Burgundy endowed with a comforting sapidity, which contrasts with the vigorous tannic vein. A great companion to the table, for example for noble poultry or mature cooked cheeses.

The Pernand-Vergelesses 1er cru "Ile des Vergelesses" by Chandon de Briailles is an intense, complex and fine wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard planted in 1954 on clayey soil. Whole cluster vinification in open wooden vats, semi-carbonic fermentation for 4/5 days. Drained off, it ages for 24 months in barrique.

The Napoleon by Clotaire Michal is a red wine made from Gamay grapes from vines over 65 years old.The vinification takes place in whole bunches with semi carbonic maceration. Cuveè Madelon di Ganevat is a still red wine obtained from a blend of 60/70% Gamay grapes from Fleurie and for the remainder with Trousseau et Enfariné, typical Jura grapes. The vines have an average of 70 years. The grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts, refining in foudre for about a year and bottling without filtration or clarification or addition. The tasting experience can be summed up in one word: pleasure. Perfect wine to drink with friends, it can be enjoyed immediately with a plate of cold cuts, grilled meat ... or alone.

De Toute Beautè by Ganevat is a still red wine obtained for 70% from Gamay grapes (Fleurie and Morgon) and, the remaining part a blend of native varieties of the vineyards of Ganevat in the Jura: Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Portugais Bleu, Isabelle and Enfariné. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aging in foudre for about a year and bottling without filtration or clarification or addition. Wine to wait a few years. Dark and spicy, berry aromas, with a long finish.
