The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. The Cornalin by La Sorce is a red wine obtained from the homonymous native vine whose grapes come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard located on soils of moraine-sandy origin. The grapes after destemming are fermented in steel tanks with a maceration of about 8-10 days. After racking the Cornalin ages in the same tanks and 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market. A wine that on the nose gives intense and delicate aromas of red fruit with light spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, fresh, with a finish of small red berries that make it pleasant and ready to drink.

The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, typical aromas of red fruit, blueberry, cherry, blackberry and vegetable notes. On the palate it is vinous, fresh, with unobtrusive tannins, it closes long with an almondy finish.
