Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging about 8 months in wooden barrels. The color is intense ruby ​​red with nose expressing fruity notes, Mediterranean scrub and spices. In the mouth is fleshy with a soft tannins and a strong acidity. Fantastic drink.

Service

Podere Le Boncie is located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, one of the seven communes of the Chianti Classico area.
