Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes.
