Les Oeillets by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes. The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. After the manual harvest, the bunches, once in the cellar, are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 15 days maceration. Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

The Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Kabinett by Julian Haart is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crisp and consistent structure.
