The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil.
