Alos is a white wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes, vinified according to traditional methods. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are found on predominantly sandy soils. Spontaneous vinification in open tanks without temperature control with a maceration on the skins for 2 days. Ages 8 months in cement tanks. Alos is a wine with a deep straw yellow color. The nose has a very large fruit, with fruity and citrus notes. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, with good minerality and persistence.
Service
It is advisable to taste Alos at a 10/12 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give you great emotions.

It fits on vegetables, fish and white meats, to be tried with a chicken on the devil.

Macchion dei Lupi is a splendid reality located in High Maremma on the Tuscan coastline, precisely in the splendid medieval village of Suvereto. Here the vineyards and olive groves are kissed by the tropical breeze of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the warm sunshine and intense light that make this fascinating coastline of the magical Etruscans. All the vineyards are on a hill in a splendid position strongly advocated for quality viticulture. We find vineyards of red berry varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, as well as the Ansonica variety with white berry. Screws are cultivated according to biodynamic philosophy with the exclusion of pesticides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the cellar the vinification is spontaneous, only indigenous yeasts are used, low levels of sulphites are maintained to produce absolutely natural wines. Annual production of about 10,000 bottles divided into four labels: two red wines, ansonic white variety and a red pass. The objective of Macchion dei Lupi is to obtain wines that are as possible the expression of the territory and the vintage from which they come from.
